Anyone got a good guide to use which lubrication / grease with what? (not just chains)
more specifically seat post in frames, stems in frames, for example alloy i n steel, ti in ti, carbon in ti, pedals in chainsets, etc...

Depends what you use it for - oil/lube for chains/cables and things that move fast. Grease for bearings and things that move slowly. Assembly compound for things that don't move but you don't want them sticking. I use Finish Line XC lube for chains / cables. A waterproof grease for all bearings and an assembly compound for static components - as well as Loctite for things like stem bolts and anything I don't want to come lose. Ti and aluminium is particularly succeptable to corrosion and the need for a good 'barrier' or assembly compound,Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

oil/spray lube for chains but grease everything else. As strange as it may seem a greased bolt can b tightened better than an ungreased 1( and wont seize).Good Luck and Be Fecund0

finish line grease or parktool polylube."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I've always used Finish Line and been happy with it.
For Ti you need a proper anti-seize compound.Wheelies ARE cool.
