Not long home from said ride. I've had a f**ked year for cycling: 1st half with relationship competing with cycling for my time & GF winning, then breaking my wrist into a number of pieces in April. My wrist is still shot for load bearing, so I got a recumbent & have worked hard to regain my fitness & re-discovered, in the process, my love of cycling.
My GPS read 120km at the end & I'm a wee bit stiff, but soooooo happy: how could I forget the joy of cycling????

Thanks for all here for reminding me of what I lost this year & for helping me not feeling so strange loving this 2-wheeled, human-powered thing...
