hi ive been looking on ebay for a new bike and ive descovered this

please i really dont have a clue, ive heard alot of FR bikes of ebay will be trashed but to me this looks ok? please help, is there any questions i should ask the seller?

oranges are tough as old boots. ask him/her why the 24inch wheels. as they will limit your ground clearence

ok - i was planning on putting on my spawn stiffys as im getting the build up in a couple of days - they are 26" so that handles that problem! i was just wondering is there a chance there could be a problem with the frame or anything and if there is anything that looks odd from the pictures.
