Weather predicting joints

I used to laugh when people said they could feel weather in their bones. But since I managled my shoulder it really acts up if there is going to get colder weather or dampness in the air.

Anyone else get this?

  • Yes, but only rarely. It wasn't a terribly serious break, fully recovered all strength and range of motion, so I've been wondering for years what's actually lurking in there that makes it happen.

    I've torn the ligaments in both ankles so many times now it's not funny and whenever it starts to get a bit colder they just refuse to work.

    It's pretty grim when you think about it.
