taking apart forks??

Hi,

I've got a marzocchi MX Comp forks that have been lying around for ages and I am thinking of getting the main part re-sprayed gloss white but I dont know how to seperate it all and just have the bottom part to get resprayed.

if you go onto Marz's webby and down load any manual for the years 1999 or 2000 that will give you enough info.

basically le all air out, top caps off oil out and then undo foot nut with a foot nut tool. (modified 12mm socket).
