Hi VIs vests for 99p on ebay?

I see Stelios at easygroup is selling his vis vests for 99p on ebay, they do have the company name on them but surely this is too cheap ?

How can he do this so cheap, is there a catch ?

    I got a couple of these for 99p each, and they arrived today. One Medium, one Large as I wasn't sure which would be the best fit. Think I'll stick with the large and the Missus can wear the other one if she wants to when she goes running.

    I'm no expert in these things but they seem okay. Now I just need to think of some witty way to deface the EasyMoney stuff on the back....

    When I ironed my Altura jacket to reseal in some waterproofing stuff, the hot iron happily removed the reflective lettering!!!
    Has the head wind picked up or the tail wind dropped off???

    When I ordered the vests I didn't know they were in different sizes, so I've ended up with 3 vests in XL
    I like bikes...
