V Brake Pivots

Hello!
I'm currently trying to replace my V Brakes and have come across my first hurdle that I can't find any tips for from any of the usual sources! When I've removed the brake arms the pivots have also come undone from the frame and I can't separate the two now. Has anyone got any ideas or is it going to be easier to buy new pivots if that's possible because I also can't find them from the usual online shops!!

use a vice to hold them. remove bolt refit pivots."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
