What to wear during the cold months??

For the last couple of years i have worn my old bufalo mountain shirt (designed for walking, with a fleece inner and pertex wicking outer) which fits nice and snugly. But because it is a dark colour i wear a bright yellow Altura windproof jacket as well.

I would like to find a jersey to replace this and have tried Windstopper type fabric jerseys but none are snug enough and feel draughty.

Santini do a breezewall jacket but i think it is effectively just a breathable windproof jacket.

What do you wear, or do you have any recomendations???

i just use a nike pro under my normal tshirt/jersey

I wear a Gore Phantom jacket, with a Gore sleeveless base layer when it's a bit nippy. If it's really chilly then I wear a long-sleeve base.

If it's raining I have a Gill waterproof.

I wear a short-sleve thermal base layer, a Gore long-sleeved jersey and this jacket:

The jacket is really warm and I find blocks out the wind really well. It also offers some level of water repelancey too - although I do wash it in the stuff that you would wash gore-tex fabrics in.
