AllMountain 3 (05) OEM pressure

Ello ladies and gents,
Has anyone mucked about with the air pressure and oil weights for the OEM All Mountain3 (2005) fork? Marzocchi dont offer the pressure values for their OEM versions. Im trying to set it up for a hardtail I have set aside as my second bike. I just want to set it up and forget about it really. The main problem is the extremely snappy rebound. If anyone has any ideas on how to sort it out please let me know. I weigh 74kilos and want it set up for singletrack/al mountain usage, no really large drops.

yes they do. it is in the manual. download it. (section 6 page 129)
set air to give sag required.
maybe change the oil to a heavier weight one.
