Refitting Shock

any advice on refitting my fox septine to my 05 Stumpy, it seems I can get the bottom fixiing in but on the top I seem to be a couple of mm out whichever way I pull and push. I was the same when I put the top fixing in first !!

    they can be a bit tight.

    just make sure everything is aligned and use gentle persuasion to get the holes to match.

    Thanks for that - it almost looks like the shock itself needs compressing a couple of mm !!
