should come with its own. you will need to makesure the bb shell faces have been faced.

Nick, is there any degree of float in they bearings so they can cope with a small amount of mis-alignment? I am considering getting an Ultra-torque system and I wondered how critical facing is.

Ok shimano state that the faces have to be faced.

and when the shells are faced the shimano bearings seem to last longer than most.

Campag instructions say BB definitely has to be faced - there is no float at all in the bearings, and if you have misalignment you will kill the bearings rapidly. Makes sense really, as the mechanical system definitely works better with everything in line than with special features built in to cope with stuff being out of line - given it's really not that difficult to get a BB faced properly.
