ITM CX2 aero bar replacement ahead

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement ahead piece for the ITM Dual CX2 bars from. I have scoured the net and can only find the complete set.
I like the bars and don't want to replace the whole lot for the sake of one component.

    Try Michael Elson Marketing, ITM distributors otherwise somewhere like ebay
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    I've got a whole set of them, used once, for sale if you really like them. Just £50.
