I just can't get anywhere near full travel on this fork! I've tried installing the lighter spring which is technically too light for me and still no joy. I've even removed the spring completely and dropped off a kerb whilst weighing the front of the bike heavily and I still can't get that last 40mm.

Any ideas?? could it be oil level in the other (damper) leg?
