Last Thurs Eve 18:30 A128 Herongate Essex

My journey home from work last thursday took me on the A128 through Herongate Essex at around 6:30 PM. Going the other direction to me (towards Brentwood) were about a dozen riders, all on high quality MTB's all decked out with night lights and kit as if they would be out for some time. Does anybody know which club this may be and if they have any contact details?

    Yep, I noticed that as well.

    However, if you want to meet up for a ride sometime, I live just outside Brentwood and often cycle in Thornden Park - the south part is only about 2 miles from me. I'm not too fit at the moment but gradually improving.. so might slow you down :oops:

    I doubt it would be you slowing me down, not judging by your rig anyway. My long time sports buddy is out of action at the moment with a shattered vertibre but hoping to be back in the saddle soon, albeit with a shiny new suspension post id imagine. What days / eve do you normaly ride? my weekends are usually full with the usual DIY, entertaining kids etc so am looking to get involved with a regular midweek group but most appear to be road based from my searches so far.
