Will centre lock hubs/rotors work with my Tektro Auriga's?

after buckling my rear wheel beyond repair i've been looking for a new wheelset
i've been offered a Bontranger Ranger with centre lock Shimano hubs and rotors - i currently run shimano hubs so will i be able to straight swap onto my Tektro Aurigas with nothing more than a bit of adjustment, or will i have to use my old rotors and an is6 converter, or will it not work at all!?
any advice would be greatly appreciated
