Wenter Jersey/Jacket -NW hawk?

I'm looking for a warm winter jacket I've seen the northwave Hawk Jacket on sale in a few places but I can't find in in any shops (I guess it's last seasons). Anyone have one, what's it like, do you need a few layer with it.?
