riding on the wirral

i'm off upto wallasey next weekend and whilst the wife is off out with some friends, i was thinking of getting some riding time in, can anyone recommend somewhere good to go?

    Depends upon what you like to ride.

    The Wirral Way is a good, flat track for riding.

    Thursaton, Caldy, Irby and Royden Park area have some great places to ride, a mix of bridal paths, footpaths (naughy naughty !!) and bits of make it up as you go along.

    It you want 'proper' MTB off road then follow the M53 to Delemere, should take about 40 mins from Wallasey.
