Are these a good buy for my 2006 Trek 4500?

I was planning on buying new wheels first but these look like they could be where my pocket money goes this month.
I currently have the original Rock Shox J1's.
Can I expect any significant improvement in performance and/or weight?

I must admit I've always dreamed about buying Rebas but it seems a little bit silly with an entry level bike like mine.
Still, I put XT cranks on it!0 -

I ordered some of these yesterday to put on my Hardrock Sport 06.
Are they a pretty decent upgrade for the cash ? Also are they tricky to fit ?
Thanks.0 -
Dart one though, not a drop of damping in sight. That fork was excellent for the money, massive reducution... pity I bough them all hehe.
J1 weighs a frightening 5.5lbs0 -
Oh well - if they've sold out that's made my mind up for me....
I wonder what fork I should aim for after I've bought my wheels (from the LBS)...0
