  • I ordered a stem from them about a year ago-I seem to remember ordering over the phone, the guy seemed OK, and the stem arrived OK in a couple of days.
I would certainly use them again.

  • Must be good then Rich particularly seeing your location .

  • I had a problem with my Velomax Hubs (Easton Ascent Ii Wheels) and was very satisfied with the service I received through the distributors in the U.K. Not only did they send the bearings, axle, seals, etc. to my local bike shop for them to sort it out, they also sent the tools to them to complete the job. What service!!! No problems since then

Err, I think that's a different Velomax. Lucky Luke is referring to a Coventry based mail order company - http://www.velomax.co.uk/

I've bought a few things - spokes, hubs and tyres and service has always been friendly and efficient. Velomax the wheelbuilder is now part of Easton and totally unrelated.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
