Raceface flow glove winter 2005 question

Just a quick one, i am thinking of getting a pair of these as crc have them down as a sale item and i think they look good but it doesn't mention wether they are waterproof or wind resistant, does anyone here know ?? and are they warm?? if they aint then i'll pass on them.
