If you look at the crash at the finish you may be able to see something going back under the barriers, like a foot or something.

Or is it just me??

Wait... are you saying someone tripped up a rider or a rider's foot actually came off in the crash and disappeared under a barrier?

I'm saying something was stuck out from under the barrier.

"going back" was the clue

The crash was so close to the finish line that their momentum carried them over it, with all four finishing in the top 14. Weylandt slid over the line on his back, Haselbacher flew over it, and Ciolek apparently went in face first.

Now that's some way to cross the line - reminds me of the stage in the Giro this year where half the field slid across the line on their backsides in the wet
