    i'm just getting over a bout of glandular fever.. been off the bike nearly 5 weeks.. on the mean slowly although i have hewge tonsils still...

    Glandular fever - not good. Yeah i'm ok now ta. Shoulder still doesn't feel 100% but i'm back on the bike, albeit road for now. You sound as if you're rough though fella, take it easy.
