disk brake adapter

I still haven't found a disk brake adapter to mount my Giant MPH i.s. style calliper to my 2007 MX pro sl post mount forks.
Can someone please send me a link to the adapter that will do the job? rotor sizing is irrelevant now.

yeah, at the moment it's a 160mm rotor, but I understand I'll probably have to buy a bigger one? Which i'm not bothered about, I just want this bike put together.0

a standard IS giant calliper, erm..... 51mm (?)0
