spec rockhopper

Been to my LBS today, and saw the spec rockhopper disc in silver/black 2008 model.
its the dogs bits. it was 17" frame, and too small 4 me.
so need a 19"
no-one has an 2008 19" tho
gutted, finally found the perfect bike for me, and not available until end of october.

wots peeps opinions of this bike.>

    I am 5'9" and got the 17 inch version and find it is just the right height for throwing it about the trails and gives lower standover height for a short ass like me 30inch inside leg.

    I have the Rockhopper Comp 2007 and rate it highly, previous bike was a GT Avalanche 2.0 so night and day in comparison.

    I use the Rockhopper doing the reds at Glentress, Carron Valley and some local spots. I am thinking of changing the Specialised tyres as they are a wee bit sketchy on some surfaces as the front wheel has drifted a few times.

    I just had a major crash on Sunday and the bike was okay, pity about my knees, shorts and jacket :cry:

    Hello i tried out a 19" rock hopper disc in silver the weekend, and after i decided to get it i was offered a choice of colors and ended up putting a deposit on one in red. So the silver one might still be there here's the shop
