I've just been for a lovely ride in the sun, up in the chilterns, ashridge, tring, wendover woods, cholesbury, chesham and flaunden before back home to hemel. Aston hill is a bit of a lungburner!
Not really a forum, just hope you guys have been enjoying the sunshine too!

Enjoyed commute to work and back, enjoying dry,sunny weather as well. Make the most of it while it lasts. But was bloody cold this morning at 7am. Had to stop and put me gloves on. Autumns here and winter's on its way. Better get the bike lights charged up and wooly hats at the ready.0

Despite the old legs still feeling the Sunday run, I quickly became bored with work. So I threw on the kit and went out. I soon found out I was over dressed with long sleeves. Nice though.

Makes my fingers look always dirty.
I like to think of it as a way to showoff that im a cyclist"I hold it true, what'er befall;
I feel it, when I sorrow most;
'Tis better to have loved and lost;
Than never to have loved at all."
