Power Plate

I go to the gym 2-3 times aweek and do the normal weight training, thing is they have got this Power Plate an i was wondering if anyone on here has used it and is it as good as they say it is?.

    Hi Stumpjumper,

    The power plate is a little over rate as far as I am concerned. Its good for a warm up, but probably better used for stretching at the end of a session.

    I guess it depends on what you looking....

    I works on the the fact that every muscle has something called a muscle spindle on the tendon and this is supposed to vibrate at 200 or 2000 times a minute or some rubbish. And that is supposed to be why you work harder. (censored !)

    Thanks for your reply.
    I've decided to test out their theory i'm just going train my legs to see if they keep the strength take out the bulk, also to see if it does make me a bit faster. Going to do this till xmas.
