Just got back into riding....looking for a new bike

I intend to start riding again after a break of 5 years, i'm looking to buy a hardtail dirt jump bike for street and dirt riding... can anyone give me any suggestions as to bikes that are highly recommended?

I'd also like to say that it's good to be a member of this forum.
