I'm building up a new 24"er and I'm torn between the Static bikes Plan B and the NS bikes Capital. Please help someone!

I really like the look of both of them and I'm looking more at the Plan B but i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on which one was better.0

Thats just it though: better for what? What type of riding and style? What terrain? Some may find one better on the dirt than on the street for example. What parts to you plan to build into it?0

I'm about 6ft and weight around 11.5-12 stone. I would be riding street, park and dirt probably with rigids to begin with, with a BMX rear brake. I like my rides short but with enough room to spin the bars and move around. It would be ridden basically everyday and thrown around quite alot but i wouldn't really call my riding style aggressive.Thanks for your help by the way.0
