Shimano warranty?

Hey all, got some hollowtech deore lx cranks, under a year old. Basically they won't stay tight, always loosening themselves up, installed by a proper shimano centre etc etc. They've been doing it since new basically but getting progressively worse and worse, so I'm going to try and see if I can warranty them, had a look on shimano's webby and it basically tells me to take them back to where they where purchased so the shop can deal with them and send them to the distributor, the shop in question is awful at anything that requires following up. So the UK distributor is Madison and all I can find for them is ultimatepursuits.com, and no warranty or service email for them, just a sales email, anyone know the best way to get through to the warranty or distribution department for madison/ultimatepursuits? Thanks

Yep, take them back to the shop you brought them from. Sometimes the way you speak to the shop can make a world of difference....ie, don't say ' I got these from here last year and they're crap...they keep loosening up' Go in and say 'I wonder if you could send these back to Shimano for them to look at as they seem to keep working loose. I did purchase them here and was fitted by you so I thought you'd be the best people whom to send them via.'
This takes the blame away from the shop in question and you'd be suprised at how well this sort of thing can work.0
