Afternoon all,

Does anyone have the latest phone number for wiggle - the one I have now just directs me back to the website/email

I ordered some stuff two weeks ago and it never arrived - I've since sent 4 emails (each with increasing degrees of anger and frustration) and I have, as yet, not received ONE SINGLE reply.

It's £40's worth of stuff so as you can imagine, I'm now beggining to get very concerned and angry.

Cheers

  • They have probably gone bust and are going to use your £40 to set up a new company called Wriggle or something!

  • Thanks XTC, I got through on this number - sorted in 2 mins. Apparently their server was blocking my emails so they never received anything from me. An achilles heel with there email-only procedure methinks. Why they don't publish at least one emergency contact number for situations like this still never ceases to amaze me.

  • They have had their problems recently wiggle. Hope they get sorted as I have always had good dealings with them.

I've never had a problem with Wiggle to be honest. Sorry that you have had a bad experience. Mind you, you cannot guarantee anything these days.

Anyone know where to get a decent torque wrench from :?:

What do I ride? Now that's an Enigma!

Are you having a laugh? This is a serious question.
I've posted a topic on it because I wanna know. I trust this forum lot more than the acne-ridden 16year old who can't even spell torque-wrench, let alone discuss their merits in a knowledgeable fashion!

serious Ive got two from there, and use them when ripping apart and putting back together (motor) bikes

good kit, the rest of their sockets all have a lifetime guarantee against breakage too, the olny problems come about when you ask the staff for advice... :?
