Lockable saddle bag / wedge

To reduce the ever amount of bike bits I carry around in my pockets / pannier I think it's time to invest in a small saddle bag / wedge for under the seat. Just to hold a multi-tool, small pump, spare tube etc.

However as the bike is occasionally left chained up in the public I'm wondering if there is any way of making it a tiny bit secure. I realise that it won't be theif resistant, just want to prevent inquisitive oiks unzipping it to look inside and scatter the contents along railway platforms!

Any thoughts on how to do this, as the one my LBS had in stock had a single "string" zip loop, with no obvious means of security possible.

TIA - Rufus.

What about one with a quick-release clip? Then you could take it inside with you.
