Dented bottom bracket on frame problem

Hi
I have a Saracen Vex frame and the tube where the bottom bracket screws in is slightly dented at it affects the threading where the BB screws in. I can get the BB cup to screw in slightly but it won't go all the way in. I was wondering if I forced it in would it be ok or would it ruin the threading completely? Any advice would be great. Thanks

take it to your LBS and get them to chase the threads out. then you will have no probs."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
