Broken cassette? Still useable?

Just cleaning my old cassette from my old wheels, and I've noticed one of the teeth on the smallest cog has been snapped. Can I safely still use this cassette?

It looks fairly well shagged to me. From what I can see in the photo the teeth are hooked, I'd replace that and the chain.

When I said old wheel and old cassette, I didn't mean it in the literal sense. They were new in June this year. Should this damage have happened after only about 50-60 miles a week for the last 3 months?

Looking at the photo again, perhaps I was a little unfair about the condition of the sprockets, it can be deceptive from a picture. The missing tooth on it's own wouldn't bother me provided the chain wasn't jumping.

How has the chain worn? The pins are half inch apart and if you measure it over twelve links it should be no more than a sixteenth of an inch over.
