Eurosport timings for Vuelta

So the other night i see highlights listed at 11pm.... been ill all week and very tired but i think no, i'm gonna stay up to watch it....

11 comes, Gymnastics. Listed as Vuelta highlights. I waited till midnight and still no vuelta!!! Anyone know why?

    Eurosport have a habit of doing this alot.

    The highlights show has been on about 9.30ish, most nights.

    I was sick as a chip with eurosport and the way they treat us cycling fans.So I threw it out and Im going to cycling TV.
    The Giro was ruined for me with the numb nuts at eurosport.I have no regrets throwing it out.If more did it maybe they would improve.

    If you think that's bad, check the coverage of the World's on Sunday. We'll only get the ast hour IF WE"RE LUCKY. I'm sick of it. It's seems like they are phasing out the one day races. They've beeen reducing live coverage of the Spring Classics for years, and now this.

    You can watch it on BBCi (if you have the facility) virtually all day. The coverage last year was quite good. I think it was Ligget and Boardman doing the commentary.

    The thing for me is the timings.....

    If you set sky Plus for anything you get at least 50% of something else. The number of times I have set it and watched 30 mins of Handball or table tennis before getting to the cycling is just stupid.

    Then you get to 3km to go and it comes up with End of Recorded Program. ARGH!!!!!!!

    Better still. Milan - San Remo one year.... I recorded the highlights...Stayed away from the PC all day and sat down to watch it, only for the news ticker on the bottom of the screen to tell me the winner 2 minutes into the highlights show. How dumb is that!

    Then they follow Le Tour for three weeks solid, just to have 20 mins of the Last stage into Paris as they would rather show the Moto GP. Cheers for that then.

    I hate Eurosport Sometimes.....
