No, far too long. Stick to around the same travel you have.0

what ones would you suggest0

budjet? current forks? intened use?0

rockshox argyles or marzocchi dj's or even marzocchi 4xBest quote ever (pinkbike): "i've heard that Hill pees, deffecates, vomits and masturbates before each race to keep the weight down"0

They require a new wheel/hub though, so extra cost. Zocchi DJs a good bet.0

i do mostly trails and balancing on stuff and some jumps also i would really like some type of for a bit higher up and something i can trust not to bottom out0

Longer travel doesnt always mean less bottoming out: its a function of travel, spring rate, damping and bump forces. As your frame will handle like an oil rig wirth a fork as big as a Kingpin, and will probably have the headtube ripped off iin the process, stick to a shorter travel fork. You can always get stiffer springs, more air, increase damping (ona good fork)0

you're probably looking at a pair of marzochi dj's, or rock shock argyle 318s. Although you still haven't told us your budget...0

around £2000
