By accident i let some air out my rear shock and it now tops out. Would putting the lost air back in fix it?

FFS 4 way coil or 4 way air?
and air out of which valve? colour of the cap?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

If it's the red one, then put it back in ASAP. Riding it like this will damage the shock.
Check the range, (printed in red on the piggy back) and don't go outside these values to avoid damage. It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.0
