I wanted to acquire something to clean up computer.I have already used Naomi as a free filter to combat porn etc.Can anyone suggest a proven source to speed up my computer.

Anyway, there's nothing really proven to speed up your computer (aside from upgrades), without the condition of the problem being exactly what the thing is designed to solve.

Anti-spyware software is a good place to start. Ad-Aware and Spubot S+D are well known and trusted. Hijackthis logs shown to someone who knows what they are doing are even better.

For anti virus, AVG and Avast! are also well known and reliable, though there are a few other good anti-virus apps now.

As for prevention, switching off Java and Javascript in your browser's also a good step, unless you visit sites for which it's a requirement (it's not difficult to switch it back on again. Firefox has a plugin for this, Opera's got it built in). Using a more obscure browser also gives you some protection in that its unlikely that its security holes are monitored or often exploited.
If you use the computer mostly in an account with administrator priviliges, you're asking for trouble. Ditto if you use P2P or Torrents without virus scanning the downloads.
I presume you're using a firewall of some sort? If not, start.
