Matlock CC have a 2 hour session booked 2 til 4 on Sunday Sept 16th there are some places spare if anyone wants to join us.
Minimum age 9. Session will be for mixed abilities. There will be a velodrome coach there to control procedings and to help beginners get going.
£11 for the session or £20 with bike hire.

Does mixed abilities include those who normally ride on hybrids / off-roads who fancy finding out what a road bike feels like ?0

Yep, if you fancy a go.
Last time we went a friend of mine went who rarely if ever rides a heavy old mountain bike. By the end of the session she was flying round the track up the banking having a great time.0
