Rockshox Pike 454 Coil U-Turn Forks

I am considering buying the Rockshox Pike 454 Coil U-Turn Forks. Either the 2007 or 2008 version (i cant tell the difference).

Has anybody used them or the other forks in the Rockshox Pike range- What is your opinion of them? Should I buy them or can you recomend an alternative?

    Have got the 426's with Poploc on 24Seven.

    Have only been using them a week and they are excellent forks - very plush and soaked up everything I have thrown at them - I have a feeling that I may need a tougher spring in mine but I am a heavy git!!!

    I don't know what the 454s have over the 426's but the range are excellent

    I prefer them to my Fox for plushness to be honest

    The 454's are mint! they are really nice! so nice im thinking of buying another pair for my hardtail im building up!

    Got the 454 air u-turns but I've only just fitted them to the Inbred so I cant tell you much other than they look damn sexy :roll: :lol:
