Is there a knack to getting the clamping system around standard quick-release skewers, so that the bike is positioned squarely on the roller and is steady (but not over-tight)?
I've not long come back in from a session, where I found that the bike gradually turned left (relative to the trainer) as I went through the gears, eventually resulting in the tyre coming to the very edge of the roller when I shifted to 9th (second smallest cog)!
I had the skewer closing system positioned so that the axle end sat in the wide gap and the lose end fed through the small gap (running roughly parallel to the ground)... on the static clamp.
I couldn't see an obvious definitive way to position the winding side of the clamp relative to the other side of the skewer (next to the cassette).
The instructions were more diagrams than words... Guess it is the price of getting a cheap model!
