Hope disc brake squealing

Hi
Is there any way of stopping these from squeaking/squealing the only way i have managed so far is at the start of a ride for the 1st 50 yards or so ride with the brakes on to warm them so to speak. Trouble with this as soon as i hit any water they are back to squealing

Anybody?

I don't like the idea of putting copper grease near my pads..but each to their own I suppose.

Not to sure on the model to be honest as it was already fitted on this when i got it a few years ago

neither do i. and some makers say not to do it.
