Want to swap the bearings inside my HT2 BB. It's a 2004 XTR one- anyone know what size bearings I need?

Remove the old bearings and take them to your local bearing supplier.
If your ordering them online, you will need to know the outer diameter, inner diameter, depth and also that they need to be rubber sealed, so use the prefix 2RS at the end.

6805 rd but they are only 6mm wide and all the normal bearing suppliers are 7mm wide so it seems to be a custom made bearing for shimano
6805 are 25mm x 37mm x 7mm.
The rd seems the important bit.
