hi is it possible to change a none ICSG bottom bracket (fsa) and chain device (blackspire as-1) from a non ICSG frame (scott yz2) to an ISCG (atomlab g.i) frame with the same parts?

    wrong.

yes just fit it the same way. taking care that any anti rotation device does not foul the ISCG tabs.

i just dont think it would look fantastic to have the mounts and not to use them... i dunno, spose you wont really even see them. Go for it if you want to. Bearing in mind though that setting up wont be much fun (as with all BB mounted chain guides...)
