i've now realised my THE DH saddle is a bit too hard on the arse so i'm spending money on a new one, needs to be tough for DH but comfortable enough to ride back from Cwmcarn (22 miles) every other weekend and also for just going around and about in the village. my budget is £50 BTW. thanks...

have had a look at the SDG bel-air cro-mo saddle for £37 on CRC i have seen the Ti one for £50 but i don't really mind about50g extra. has anyone got this saddle and is it comfortable enough? thanks

I use a Azonic "Hot Seat" Yes I know, daft name, but is comfy good for FR/DH and general all mountain and a SDG Bel Air for XC/all mountain. Bel air becomes uncomfortable after 30km and the Azonic after around 40km. Azonic has more padding where it's needed.

50GBP gets you a lot of choice.
Due to everyone being different, trial and error may be the only way to find the right saddle
