Need to upgrade me bottom bracket!

Right so heres the story

I am wanting to upgrade my bottom bracket and chainset as far as i know its a Hexon the bb width is 68mm and length is 110mm. Bottom line is i need something pretty strong as i like to give the bike a fair bit of abuse over jumps and the odd freeride.

    what bike and how many rings on the front.

    Sorry woulda helped if mentioned the bike, im afraid its a 07 GT chucker XS2 with 2 rings on the front its currently runnin the SR suntour gear with a Hexon bb but its not to good. Probs be lookin around the 100 ish mark but can be pushed depending on the BB

    in that case have a look at the shimano Hone comes with bb sorted. just makesure the place fitting it faces the bb shell before fitting.
