brake help!!!

im getting 24" wheels for my saracen x-ile 05, will the standard v brakes reach the 24" wheels or will i need discs? thanks

    there are not any.

    you may find an adaptor plate that may allow you to reposition your brakes but have fun finding one if it exists.

    but why 24" on a bike designed for 26"?

    cause im quite small and as my wheels are in a fairly horrible condition as i have been knocking them about for a couple of years i need new wheels anyway, i mainly do jumps so i figure that if im getting new wheels i should get 24" just helps make the bike that bit smaller for me, every little helps, but does it make the bike look bad then?( on a 26" frame)
