Thomson stem warranty!?!

I'll call them tomorrow, but just wondered if any of you guys knew how long Thomson stems were covered for under warranty?
The front plate on my stem that keeps the bars in place has developed quite a large crack!
Any help would be appreciated!

Warranty stands with retailer though: thomson do not have to replace it for you, though they might.0
