hello all 
can anyone tell me how hard and how much it would cost me to convert my bike from standard front forks to front forks that have shocks on them also i would like to have disc brakes fitted to my bike instead of the normal ones i have can this be done also :?:

yes it is posible.
what it your current bike?
does it have a threaded headset or a threadless headset?
is the steerer 1" or 1 1/8" ? or other.
