Cheap fixed frame with mudgaurd clearance

Does anyone know of a frame suitable for fixed wheel use that has mudgaurd clearance?

Something along the lines of the ribble winter frame.

I see that there is the pompino but that has canti brakes and ideally I would like something more road oriantated.

oooh that first link looks like a nice bike built, wonder if they could fit something into a £500 bracket, it looks very like the Pearson Touche I quite liked.

Hmmm the second web link also has a nice fixed wheel bike as well

Yes I think its th same frame - I've got one and built up a bike for under £500 using their LF Black hubs with open pro rims and a Planet X (On One) bling Chainset.
