Polar Heart Rate Monitor Won't Read My Heart Rate

Have just got a new T31 strap to go with my CS100 computer. The computer senses the the transmitter but can get a heart rate. I have moistened the straps and checked it is in the correct position as the instructions tell you.

Anyone any ideas as the manual nor website give my any help at all. Faulty strap?

    Are you sure you don't have a coded strap? That is - is the strap compatible with the watch?

    Go to Boots (Chemists) and buy a tube of "Gel" which will improve contact between you and the strap.

    No the T31 strap is the strap Wiggle tell you to buy. 'Gel' you mean what I think yes :wink: ?

    Don't worry the strap is the wrong one.
